ROOM DESCRIPTIONS :
Kitchen
The kitchen is a good size and open plan, it looks into the lounge.
It is fully fitted and includes a stove, oven, microwave and fridge. Pots,
pans, bowls and any other necessaries will be found in the ample clean,
white cupboard space. All cutlery and crockery are provided.
Lounge
The lounge has 3 leather couches a coffee table and a wall unit.
An LCD TV, DSTV and a 5 Disk DVD/CD player are all provided to make your
holiday or business stay as luxurious as possible. The lounge is decorated
in rich red and blacks. Two small tables and 4 chairs can also be setup
as a dining room table for meals, as working area, etc.
Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are very clean and neat. The main en-suite bathroom
has a toilet, bath and basin. The other bathroom has a shower, toilet
and basin. Soaps and essentials are provided. Towels are
also provided and will be found in the linen cupboard in the passage.
Main Bedroom Accommodation
The main en suite double bedroom is big with a double bed (linen
provided), a built in dressing table and ample built in cupboards. Two
side tables with some reading material (books and magazines) are provided
for your convenience. This room has wide sea views across False bay and
has access onto the balcony.
Guest Bedroom Accommodation
The guest bedroom has a double bed, side tables and built
in cupboards. This bedroom also has views across the sea towards the Gordon's Bay
mountains.
Balcony
This could be considered the highlight of the flat. With 180
degree views from the Gordon's Bay mountains to the Strand beach front
(approx 1 km away on along the beach)! The Cape Peninsula and Table mountain
are usually visible across the bay approx 50kms away. The balcony is equipped
with a fold up table and 4 fold up chairs.
